ARGOMENTO: Problema con Client 6.0.1 su Ubuntu 10.10

Non è che la versione per Windows non funzioni...

Il problema è che sotto Windows, se qualcosa non funziona al primo colpo, è difficile comprendere le cause e rimediare.

OpenERP per Windows ce l'ho funzionante su una macchina virtuale di test e non ho dovuto fare nulla dopo l'installazione.

Ovviamente ho la fortuna di fare test sempre e solo su macchine virtuali preparate per l'occasione, quindi senza altri software che possono interferire.

Ciao, è da un po' che sto lottando con l'installazione di openerp versione 6.0.1 su ubuntu 10.10

Credo che la parte server sia su, mentre ho l'errore in locale se accedo da client.

Ho installato come modulo, come da procedura del sito openerp e poi ho iniziato a leggere nel forum per cambiare e aggiustare le cose ...

Nella stringa che usi per lanciare il server la password la inserisci corretta? (immagino non sia DB_PASSWORD), è importante per fare autenticare openerp server su postgres (è quella che hai impostato alla creazione dell'utente in pg), se è sbagliata infatti il server parte ma al primo tentativo di login hai l'errore di accesso dell'utente che hai creato (openerp)

riesci ad autenticarti e vedere la lista dei db?
